DESCRIPTION
Evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) an essential omega 6 fatty acid that must be obtained from the diet. GLA supports hormonal balance during a womans monthly cycle to help reduce PMS symptoms and evening primrose oil is indicated in the symptomatic relief of atopic dermatitis. GLA is also involved in inflammatory responses in the body, normal blood coagulation processes and general skin health.

High strength providing 10% (100mg) GLA per 1000mg capsule
DIRECTIONS
Take one 1000mg capsule two or three times daily with food, or up to six 500mg capsules daily with food. Swallow with water.
